Some of you may be put off by Jay P. DeCima’s good old country boy approach to real estate, but being a southerner, I find him genuine and down to earth in both his speaking and writing style. I was fortunate enough to have a friend who had his course, so getting a first hand idea of Mr. DeCima was fun.
This man knows what he is talking about. He worked for a telephone company for twenty-three years before leaving to work full time in real estate. I am equally impressed by his forty-five year history of investing in real estate, so he, like most of us, was holding down a full time job while buying fixer uppers and turning them into income producing properties.
You can buy his books, Start Small, Profit Big in Real Estate and Sweat Equity. I truly believe that this is how most people can realistically get involved in real estate, so the information contained within can benefit any of you that need a place to start.
Mr. DeCima also owns KJAY Publishing Company. You can order his training course series, Fixer Jayfrom this source. And, at his website you can pick up Trade Secrets, his newsletter. After delving into all these resources, if you still need a workshop you can attend Fixer Day Camp, Mr. DeCima’s three day intentive for about $800.00. The price is quite reasonable if you compare it to the costs of comparable workshops.
Jay P. DeCima is recommended.
